Actor and director Anthony Edwards — best known for playing Dr. Mark Greene on “ER” and Goose in “Top Gun” — has listed his Upper Eat Side penthouse.
It’s on the market for $7.65 million.
Edwards bought the unit via a trust in 2015 for $8.52 million, according to property records.
The three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom duplex is at 141 E. 88th St., a prewar condominium built in 1927 known as Philip House.
At 2,738 square feet, the duplex apartment features three terraces that total 1,273 square feet — helpful for those working from home, the listing notes.
There’s also a striking 32-foot-long living/dining space with 16-foot ceilings.
Other details include wide-plank oak floors, an eat-in windowed chef’s kitchen and a woodburning fireplace with a limestone mantel and French doors that lead to an outdoor barbecue.
The interiors were by designer Victoria Hagan. Amenities in the brick-and-limestone building include a bike room, cold storage, a roof deck, a music practice room, a children’s playroom and a gym.
The listing brokers are Elizabeth Van Hiel and Aaron Allen of Elegran.
