Jennifer Lawrence sells ‘secret’ NYC penthouse for a loss

Actress Jennifer Lawrence has finally sold her Upper East Side penthouse.

The condo is at the Laurel, at 400 E. 67th St., and was last on the market for around $12 million.

That is far less than the $15.6 million she paid for it, according to city property records.

The sale was reported but not yet recorded, according to StreetEasy, so we don’t know its final sales price.

The “Hunger Games” and “Silver Linings Playbook” star bought the unit, PH31, in 2016 via an LLC, but The Post was the first to out her as its owner in the fall of 2019.

The three-bedroom, 4½-bathroom duplex is 4,073 square feet.

It features a stunning 3,000 square feet of outdoor space including an outdoor kitchen, built-in ping-pong table and several entertaining areas. Inside, there’s a chef’s kitchen and an open dining/living room space divided by a two-sided limestone gas fireplace.

The 30-story building, built in 2005, features amenities like a paparazzi-proof garage, a concierge, a two story gym with a lap pool, sauna, and steam room, and a double-height lounge, bike room and private storage.

Listing broker Pamela D’Arc, of Compass, declined to comment.
